Cisco Unity 5.0 Build 5.0(1) working with Exchange 2010

Dear experts,

Our upgrade to Exchange 2010 has been an epic thing.... We can't get Cisco Unity 5.0 Build 5.0(1) to work with Exchange 2010.

I am open to any other tricks or steps that can help us get there. I hope there is one of you that went through this.

I am having a problem getting this software patch from Cisco the "Cisco Unity Server Updates wizard". It will cost us like five thousand dollars to upgrade the whole Unity box if we want access to download that software. Ridiculous!

We are getting "Additional Entitlement Required".

This is the exact software that we need: ServerUpdatesWizard-v.3.0.29-07-2012.exe

If some one has it please share it with me.

Well as it turns out we had to buy the Cisco upgrade for both our Cisco Unified communications manager and Unity software. It cost a lot of money. Thanks for the help anyways.
