Public folder with invalid characters won't replicate to Exchange 2010. You first need to fix PF with invalid characters like trailing space etc. If Pf count is small you can do it manually, else you need a script to do it.

I recenty migrated my windows 2003 server with exchange 2003 to a windows 2008 server with exchange 2010, I was able to migrate the mailboxes without any problem, but the public folders refuse to replicate. I have tried to move all replicas from exchange 2003 as well as used the exchange 2010 scripts from exchange powershell, nothing has worked. I am kind of stumped as to what to try next, any help would be appreciated.
