User authentication with the problem.

Hello,

I have the following problem.

I have a server running windows server 2008 r2 standard, I have configured with the AD domain users.
I have a specific user who logs into the computer and when accessing the server by \ \ server appears a username and password to authenticate, as I place calls but does not work, and if change \ \ server to the server IP el esolicita password but it works perfectly.

and as soon as this user on another computer works fine without asking for any password.

What would be the problem?

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Can you re-add the Machine to the domain.

Could be anything, that user has problems with the domain, try re-adding it. Also check the dns, maybe it is wrong and the client doesn't get the responses for the server name. Maybe that user or computer doesn't have rights to access the server too, if you are managing some access rights policies you could check them too.

I checked the DNS and is also correct, already have disabled Kaspersky to see if they were barring the server name but it did not work.
