Edit step in a job

I am trying to edit the steps in a job but am getting the attcahed error when i try

    I attachd a jpeg of the error message, when i click edit it should allow me to edit the code but I am getting the error on attachment.error message

    have you installed sql server 2008 ???
    if yes then you need you run the Commulative updates

    you can download from the below link as per installed editions.

    I am getting an error code 40 which will not allow the download to unzip
