I personally installed Windows 2012 in a test environment. I don't think somebody deployed it on production till it will reach at least the RTM.

If you want to read about all the new features available in Windows 2012 have a look on this five part series:

This is the Server 2011 topic are and technically there is no such thing but there is SBS 2011.  If that is what has drawn you to this topic area, how many users do you have?

The next version of SBS will be Server 2012 Essentials which will not include Exchange or Sharepoint but it does offer remote web access, remote folder access via a browser, and backup capabilities for PC's on the LAN.  It also integrates well using wizards with Office 365 (hosted Exchange).  These features are not available with Server 2012 standard, but Essentials is limited to 25 users.

Server 2012 standard is a great product and now offers a hyper-V host license and 2 Server 2012 standard licenses to use as VM's all for the price of one license making it a great alternative if you want to add a second server to use as a DC, Exchange server, Terminal Server (RDS server), or SQl server.
