Error during capture of Windows 8 RTM 32-bit

We are getting an error during capture of Windows 8 RTM 32-Bit. It is getting failed stating that Failed to run the action: Apply Windows PE. There is not enough space on the disk.

I have attached the error screen shot and log files as well.

    I looked up this error and found two possibilities:

    1. Don't run the capture from WinPE itself (doesn't appear from your screenshot that you did, but...)

    2. If the System Reserved partition is assigned a drive letter, MDT will mistake that as the boot drive and try to extract WinPE to that small partition, thus running out of space.  You would go into disk management and unassign "E:" from the System Reserved partition if that is the case.

    I'm guessing it's #2.
