    Accepted Solution

well, still I would tell you that the url values should be stored in the db as url_decoded ...

anyhow, this should do, technically, except performance will be like a dog with big tables...
    SELECT ..
    FROM table1 t1
    LEFT JOIN table2 t2
      on t1.url_field LIKE CONCAT('%=', t2.other_column, '&%')

I have a follow up question
about what you mean by decoded
