left join (id in query string) with (id)

mysql
these are the values in the column
url.php?id=576&value=afas

I want to left join with another column
576

I do not want to use php

well, still I would tell you that the url values should be stored in the db as url_decoded ...

anyhow, this should do, technically, except performance will be like a dog with big tables...
SELECT ..
FROM table1 t1
LEFT JOIN table2 t2
  on t1.url_field LIKE CONCAT('%=', t2.other_column, '&%')
