I have an SQL Database and a PDF form. I need to do the following:<br />

1) Populate the fields in the PDF form with information from the database<br />
2) When the form is saved also save some of the fields information back to the database and save the remaining fields right on the form without needing to submit back to the database<br />

If PDF is not capable of this, is there another format of online forms that can do this that is NOT html form ?
