Windows Setup Rollback

I recently started to install Win7 in what I thought was a virtual machine (Virtual Box). But I found that I was installing it on the main machine, already running Win7.  I cancelled it.

Now when I boot up, I get 2 choices Windows Setup Rollback or Windows 7.

Is it safe to run the Rollback?

Thanks in advance.

FYI.  I thought I was installing in a virtual machine.

If I restore to a system image backup, does this also restore user data?

it restores the entire boot and system drive.

how you confused the real machine from a virtual machine is only something you can kick yourself for.

I'm happy for this to be closed and ve3ofa to get the points, just for trying to help, but what is the correct procedure to close a question for which there was no solution?
