how to hide taskbar for a group in windows 7

I have a windows forms application that automatically starts when a user logs on to their account.  The windows application automatically logs the user off when the user exits from the windows application.  How can I disable/hide the taskbar from the user so that he/she does not have access to windows explorer or other items from the start menu?
