Some terminal server users prompted for username when sending from word, excel etc.
Hi,
I have encountered an issue where some users are getting prompted for username and password when sending an email from Word, Excel, Onenote etc.
It is not everyone but it is a couple of users at the moment so I don't think it is necessarily a corrupt profile but something else.
Has anyone seen this before?

What email application is running on the terminal server, and can they open their own mailboxes when they're in a terminal session?

They are using outlook. Outlook can be opened by itself and can be used no problem. They cannot send from excel etc whether outlook is open or not.

This issue appears to have disappeared. I wouldn't be surprised if it was some update and a restart that fixed it. Points should be given as the suggested solution would be a good place to look and may fix other peoples similar issues.
