in my LAN non of the users unable to download Gmail Attachments.

it shows error " Attachments may be unavailable on "

Google suggest that you are blocking access to their site:-

http://support.google.com/mail/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=1291782

If you don't believe this to be the case, then please give us a bit more information about your network - clients, firewalls (software and hardware) etc.

isa 2006 --- sonicwall NSA 4500- client ( symantec Enpoint Protection )

my guess is it's sonicwall making the problem

Do a test and then check the Sonicwall logs (Log, View) and it will show you if this is what is blocking access.

If you post back the relevant log, this will help us identify what is doing the blocking.

What makes you suspect the Sonicwall?

i sloved the issue, it was my ISA , blocking the attachment

I suggested that this was because the traffic was being blocked.

From the first link I posted:-

If you're still experiencing difficulties, this may be caused by a conflict with software on your computer such as firewall or proxy software, or a temporary problem on the Google server.

I believe that the information I had already provided pointed at a firewall issue which would have been enough of a clue to point the finger at ISA or Sonicwall.

I focussed on Sonicwall in the first instance because samithsukumar believed the problem to be with that.  Had they posted back the information I requested which would have ruled out Sonicwall, then I would have started to look at ISA.
