Unity Connection not sending calls to Mailbox

Hi,

I have configured a Unity Connection and a Call Manager in my lab using a SIP trunk. I can dial the voicemail pilot from any of the phones and configure the voicemail box all ok.
However when I call from another phone and it sends the call to voicemail, the call goes to the "hello cisco unity connection messaging system. From a touch phone telephone you may dial an extension.."

How do I resolve Unity Connection so it recognises that the call has been forwarded from an IP phone for the caller to leave a message. I know its simple, however I haven't setup a CUC server before so I want to learn.

Thanks

Hi Mark,
There are a few important things to remember, importantly - extension in UCON needs to be the same as the extension in CUCM.

Can you please paste your phone and mailbox configuration here and i'll look at what configuration options are available to you?

Regards,
Mihail
