Have a Mac book Pro with entourage 2008 that lost ability to connect to Exchange 2003 server

Have a macbook pro that cannot connect, since Aug. 16, to the exchange 2003 server. VPN still works, i actually connected the mac book to our LAN and still get error that says "Unable to establish a secure connection to 'mail server address' becasue the correct root certificate is not installed. then in small letters it says if you continue the information you send and receive will be encrypted it will just not be secure. I click OK, but it will not synch.

Please help me out,,,Bill

1 Solution
You have to do the following:

Under the ENTOURAGE menu select ACCOUNT SETTINGS
    Double click your Exchange Account.
Select the Advanced Tab under the EDIT ACCOUNT dialog.
Ensure “This LDAP server requires a secure connection (SSL)” is NOT selected.

All mail activity is still handled through an SSL secure connection to the Exchange server.  Only directory lookup function is changed.  Some organizations allow non-secure LDAP access, if yours does not and you are using a separate server for LDAP functions.  Then it will be necessary to obtain a certificate that has a matching internet host record to machine name.

So if the steps I've described don't work you need to ask your networkadministrator for the certificate.

it pops up authenticate to Kerberos box, i put in my credentials but it says Cannot find KDC for required realm?
Ok then the only solution:
The exchange server of you is signed with a certificate. You need to install this certificate on your machine.
Ask your systemadministrator for this. You need to export it from your exchange.
You can also take a look at the following site.

They give also my solutions and to look for an entourage repair program.
