Using JRE_HOME:        /usr/jre
Using CLASSPATH:       /opt/novell/teaming/apache-tomcat/bin/bootstrap.jar
/opt/novell/teaming/apache-tomcat/bin/catalina.sh: line 446: /usr/jre/bin/java: No such file or directory

export JAVA_HOME=/usr/java/jdk1.7.0_06/bin

should be

export JAVA_HOME=/usr/java/jdk1.7.0_06

Don't forget that will be valid for that terminal session only
