I havea contractor that will be working remotely using the cisco vpn client. I need to give him access to two servers only, using active directory can I restrict him to those two server only, if yes, How?

you can do this thru GPO.  The entry you want is:

Computuer Config -> Windows Settings -> Security Settings -> User Rights Assignment

Deny Logon thru Terminal Services
Allow Logon thru Terminal Services

You can specify the Ip Address of those two servers on your VPN Concetrator.

Make him Local admin of those two servers only so he will not be able to login any of the server using RDP

Do not give any rights on his Users ID

I want him to RDP into 2 servers
