NMP issues in Message Logs

I can see repeated events in message logs regarding NMP, mentioned below. As per VMware KB, we can ignore the alerts based on  "mpx.vmhbaXXX", but this apperars at all time in message log and once issued storage disconnection alert. Please let me know how can i stop these events

Also found below events appears in VC events for the same host
"Physical NIC vusb0 Linkstate is up"

ESXi version is : ESXi 4.1

What is the issue with the events in the log?

It's unlikely you will be able to stop them.

The events reported in the logs for each seconds, also we have got storage disconnection alert.
