Hello Experts,

I have an issue where I try to preview a file before I open it in Word and it says that an error occurred with Microsoft Word Previewer. I can preview a word doc in excel and preview an excel doc in word and it works in windows explorer. It's just baffling. Has anyone found a fix for this issue yet?  My client wants to be able to open Word and select open and preview a file from there before she opens the doc.

Thanks in advance!

Never mind, I fixed it. I put a /a switch on the shortcut command and that fixed my issue.
