Word 2007 will not print in color

We have a user that can print just fine from any other application; Powerpoint, Excel, Adobe, just not Word. They are using Office 2007. We have checked and they are not using the draft setting in Word Options. We have done a repair install, and even tried deleting the Normal.dotm file to recreate it, but nothing has worked. I have run out of ideas so I thought I would post something about it. Should I try doing a complete uninstall and reinstall? This user was not having this problem before. You should know that they are using Vista and that this problem started happening after we migrated the user to a new domain. Could this be something with the profile on the computer? Please advise...

Thanks!

When you go to PRINT, then select your printer, click on properties next to the name of the printer and look for the color settings and change them.

Thanks Thinkpads_User... Kinecsys, we know how to change the print settings. We use Black and White by default. We change the settings when we need to. It works in all other apps, but not Word. I am going to try the profile thing and get back to you. Thanks guys
