HTTP ERROR 503 - AppPool won't start for sp Central Admin
Hi,
We us SP2007 MOSS.
I can start the Central Admin, I get HTTP ERROR 503 when I go to that url in browser.
In the control panel, services, the "Windows SharePoint services administartion" has a status of "started". I then checked IIS, the app pool for Sharepoint Central Admin shows stopped. I tried click on Start and then in a couple of minutes it will show status as stopped again. How to fix this? Thank you.
also, I did change the System Account password a few months ago. Could this be the problem?
