What tools do you use to troubleshoot AD Replication issues? native tools to Windows?

    repadmin is the goto command line tool great whitepaper

     in addition to that Microsoft released a GUI replication status tool last month

    dcdiag is another good tool.

    your event logs, portqry or telnet to check for ports.  
    netmon for network traces (wireshark is a great free third party network capture tool)

    Then i also helps to have access to Technet/Internet to lookup errors you find.
