A good deal on the computers or on parts?  15 is really not many.  And margins are generally quite low.  Given the support headaches and quality concern often found with "little" places or building your own systems, I recommend Dell to my clients - ONLY the OPTIPLEX, WORKSTATION, LATITUDE, and POWEREDGE lines.  NOT Vostro and NOT Inspiron.  When you look at what you're getting including warranty, ONE vendor to call with a problem, and in my experience with these lines, HIGHLY reliable systems, even if they don't come out cheapest in upfront costs, they should be more than worth it and the price won't be much higher than anyone else (may even be loser than most - but get your own Account Rep and call them for the final quotes - do not just order online - it's more expensive that way.

First of all, you can potentially buy the OEM version of Windows 7 from NewEgg.com and save a great deal of money.

That being said, I would strongly recommend against installing the Home version of Windows 7 in an office environment.  I have contributed to a lot of Experts Exchange questions that were written by IT personnel with the best of intentions, but they encountered significant problems utilizing Windows 7 Home-based operating systems on a business-oriented network.

Why would you buy the OEM version of Windows 7 from NewEgg?  Getting it pre-loaded on the system is generally not very expensive especially if you consider the cost of your time.  Further, the machines COME with Win7 these days.  You want to buy it twice?

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.

Leew, I would actually do exactly what you recommend and buy from an Account Rep at Dell.  However, since the author's question is missing several variables and he seemed to be specifically asking for a good source to buy the Windows 7 OS at a reasonable price (because he may be building them himself?), I thought I would pass along one of my favorite vendors.

(No offense intended - kinda exhausted - LONG day - I see how you would interpret the question that way when I read it again with the subject as part of the body).
