I have multiple folders in Outlook. Most are divided up in a couple of "main" folders.
However, some of these folders I would like to be archived and kept the past three months. Some, I just need the past three / four days if I have not deleted the files.
And some, I don't want archived at all. Instead of going thru each folder and choosing these options, the archive folder, etc, is there something else easier I can I do?
