I have a macro that i would like to attach to a button.  But this button does not need to be available for all excel workbook.  Is there a way to associate a custom Ribbon to a Workbook?

Which version of Excel are you using? Also, does it have to be on the Ribbon or is the Quick Access Toolbar OK?

The version is Excel 2010.
Quick access toolbar would be OK, but it should only be available to this particular workbook and all other toolbars/ribbons should be disabled.

The ideal solution would be to this custom ribbon active and all other ribbons hidden/invisible and available to only this particular workbook

In that case you will need to alter the customui.xml part of the workbook. See Ron's pages here: www.rondebruin.nl/ribbon.html
