I have a client that says he comes in EVERY morning to find his outlook view has changed either in that his font size is reverted back from his previous setting of 14pt or his ribbon has disappeared. By far his primary complaint is the font size reverting back to default. I have set his font size on his office computer and it changes by the following morning. Has anyone ever dealt with that?

Did you try repair office? Do you have the latest SP/Updates installed?

I would also suggest that you test this on new Windows profile or onother computer
its sound like Windows profile problem
