citrix xenapp 6 shadow taskbar not working

i have an issue where trying t run shadow taskbar on a new xenapp 6.5 install results in the error
"The ICA client is needed for this utility and is not installed. Do you wish to install it now?"

When I press OK:

"Cannot find the setup program for the ICA client. Please reinstall the ICA client and run the application again"

so i then installed the same version of citrix enterprise receiver as the clients use and  i get the list of users on servers so looks more hopeful but then upon trying to shadow a session i get
"citrix session shadow itility has stopped working" and the error in the screenshot ive uploaded

Do you have an edgesight agent installed. Most probably this would be causing the issue. As a workaround try the following:

1. Add cshadow.exe to the exclusion list as outlined in the following article: http://support.citrix.com/article/CTX122209/.

2. Add Injection Exclusions: in the registry of the Agent device browse to:
Add the value "cshadow.exe" to "UviProcessExcludes" (multiple values should be separated with semicolon).
Reboot the citrix server.

thankyou i just diabled edgesight as not using and resolved issue
