Backup MAC Book data to window server

Is there a solution to backup some folders in MAC Book to Window 2008 R2 folder ? Any detail guideline for that ?

You mean iCloud? iBackup is only for backup and restore between Macs.
iCloud is to backup to the cloud. This is standard on your Mac.

But You want to put it on a Windows server, you can't do it with that.
