ODBC Driver Upgrade

I have a Windows 2003 R2 Server running a legacy application that we're researching fixes for.  The current ODBC driver is  Is there a way to upgrade that driver to the newest one?  I'm not sure how to do this and where would I get the file I need to run the upgrade?  Any help would be appreciated it.

    Ok, thanks.  This task was assigned to me by people that I don't believe knew what they were asking for.  Doesn't look like upgrade beyond this is possible?  I've already run the component checker and found that MDAC 2,8 SP2 is already installed.

    ODBC drivers will also be installed when you install the never versions of the application.
    e.g. SQL server installation updates the SQL Server ODBC drivers.

    Check the type of connection you need, if it's non-Microsoft e.g. Oracle, then ask the software Vendor/ check their website.
