I have a client that has recently developed a very strange issue with his email. The client is running outlook 2010 and using an exchange account that downloads via the pop 3 connector on the SBS server. His mail has been fine since being setup up but for some reason the navigation pane on the left hand side is showing the “inbox" as "Richard".
He can receive mail fine, it’s just a visual thing but I’m not really sure where to start. I looked in the account properties and it is showing the delivery location as username\Richard opposed to username\inbox.
I know there is an option to change the delivery field via outlook but I’m not sure this is the correct route as outlook warns against this when using an exchange account.
