Hello,

Can you provide some more detail about the "flag as old" claim? It differs from the documented procedure:

if you delete a file or a page in a SharePoint site, it will be moved to the Recycle Bin of the site. After 30 days, the file will be removed from the site Recycle Bin and will be placed in the Site Collection Recycle bin. After yet another 30 days, the file will be removed from SharePoint altogether. Then it's gone.

cheers, teylyn

Hi,

thats a setting in the web application configuration from Central Admin:
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc287766.aspx
Just turn it off.
