Since upgrading our Exchange server from 2003 to 2010 I can't add or remove members from distribution groups.
I have added myself to as the Group Owner by adding to the Managed By list on the Group Information panel.

and so have created a Role Group called Distribution Group Management which has the Assigned Role of "Distribution Groups". I have added myself to this role group.
I still can't add or remove members - the buttons are greyed out.
What am I missing? Please help!
