450 5.2.3 Msg Size greater than allowed by Remote Host
SBS2008 + Exchange 2007 For the first time, a customer needs to send us an attachment which is 15Mb. When he reported that his mail was bounced by our server with the above message, I increased the limit to 120mb. I've done it in 2 places. Firsly I done it in:
Organisation Config->Hub Transport->Global Settings->Transport Settings
and i've done it in all the Recieve Connectors in:
Server Configuration->Hub Transport
When it didn't work immediately, I googled the problem and found a page which said that if I change these settings, it can take several for them to take effect. Four hours later our customer still cant send his 15Mb attachment. Did I miss something here?

Is there any limit on the user as it will take precendence on all ?
Any limit on the Mailbox Database ?
Did you restart the Transport service after making changes ?
If there is any firewall does it has some settings ?

Our router is a simple Netgear DG834. It's firewall allows all smtp traffic to pass through without limits, and there are no User limits in place. The only other firewall is the windows firewall on the server.
I've done the registry tweak to shorten the refresh delay for the mailbox limits, and i've restarted both the Information Store and the Transport services.
There was no immediate difference seen. I'm Just waiting now to see if it sorts itself out.

I applied those registry tweaks and a short while later we could receive that large email. So thank you for your help.
