wich is the best practice to do a web page with lateral spaces uniform at differentes browser

someone could help me please

i need to do a web page similar to www.esmas.com where it show lateral spaces , and it is showed uniformly at IE8 , and IE9 like images shoed

in the CSS for your button (or any other element) you can specify a margin property.  This can be expressed in em, or px and is given in order of top, right, bottom and left margins.

For example, if you specify that a button has a style of : margin: 0px 5px 5px 0px; you will have 10px of whitespace between each button laterally, and no margin above or below.
