30ms ping internal network

Hello,


these last two weeks have found some problem in some customers because everyone is telling me they are with access to the server really slow.

efetuei a test ping to the server (LAN) is the time in ms 30ms being normal is 1ms.

these company I have in common is the kaspersky antivirus.


Have you checked the wiring on all clients but found no problem.


Is anyone experiencing this problem?

already changed the network settings to 100 full duplex, it is for a while but then back in 1ms.

can anyone help me?

Good afternoon, I managed to find out what causes the problem. A network module called GSA Driver is being installed on computers accessing the Office and Bank held security update access to the Bank. Driver clearing the GSA the problem does not happen again.
The holder of the security software already said the problem is solved.

ping less than or equal to 1ms is normal.  Sometimes its happen to due to wire which is not good. when you do ping command by putting option -t then sometimes you can see up down in milliseconds due to may broadcast message sent or any other application using network for little time. check wires and then check if there is any updates or any application may using network or internet. then check if server is using network bandwidth via updates or any app. Then check server load also via performance monitor.
