SBS - Exchange 2003 and external POP3 accounts

Hi all,

On SBS2011 with Exchange a pop3 connector is easily configurable to download from an external POP3 source and deliver the emails to an internal exchange mail box.

Is this possible on SBS2003?

If so, how?
