Recall (Delete) email from multiple email boxes on Exchange 2010

The CEO has requested to recall and email with the subject line "Re:Goodbye," that was sent to 200 users in our company.  What is the quickest way to see who received the email internally and delete it from everyone's inbox?

    Get-Mailbox | Search-Mailbox -SearchQuery "Subject:Goodbye" -TargetMailbox "administrator" -TargetFolder "SearchAndDeleteLog" -LogOnly -LogLevel Full

    -SearchDumpster: The SearchDumpster parameter specifies whether to search the Recoverable Items folder
