I have a requirement to display/print  the reports in the following fashion

Name:  abcd
Occupation:  IT
Salary :  100
Address :  testAddress

Name:  abcd1

I suppose you managed to get the data in a table with 4 columns. Now right click on the 'button' in front of the detail row (the one with 3 dashes) and choose 'Insert Row', 'Inside Group - Below'. Repeat for as many rows as you need. Then move the data from the rows to the columns and delete the extra columns.

I think what you're looking for is the List control.  It allows you to put several textboxes under each other in the same "cell".

Another method is to add a rectangle to your existing table.  The rectangle goes into the detail line. Now you have a area where you can add several textboxes next to or under each other, just like with a List.  You'll probably need to increase the height of the row before adding the textboxes to the rectangle though...
