Artisteer and Rocket Theme. You have to pay, but trust me...well worth your time with Rocket Theme.

Rocketh Theme is the name of the company that makes the templates and gantry.
So you buy the template and it comes pre-packaged with gantry...an awesome framework...or you can get it without gantry...
