SBS2011 transfer AD to new installation

I have a broken SBS2011, ready to deploy a new server with a fresh install as a repair install are out of the question, but is there any way to transfer the AD across  ?

Not as a fresh install. If the old server is functional in any way, you would be better served to install the new server in migration mode to pull AD across. Eve an badly limping server can usually be coaxed along long enough to get AD in place.
