making two columns on report in access 2007

I am attaching db-
open and you will see a table and report-
I need to make two colums  on report- whether i go into columns on ribbon or page setup- I cannot figure how to do it

Try this -

- Open the report in Print Preview
- On the Ribbon, look for the Columns button in the Layout group.
