One of my coworkers unplugged a server by accident.  When I try to boot the box, it stays on the motherboard screen (Intel sign)

Any possible way to fix this?  thx

If you cannot boot the server..  Is it under warranty?  Do you have a current service contract?  If you don't have any of those, you are probably going to have to take matters into your own hands.  This is not going to be easy and we hope you have a current up-to-date backup

Start with the battery: CR2032 (or similar) and check to see if it still up to date and has a charge.
If the battery is gone, you may need to re-configure BIOS, SCSI, etc.

You may have to re-seat drives into the bay/shelf, check the pin jumpers for the LUNs
Check the connectors to be sure that everything is seated
You may have to go to the extreme of pulling everything off of the board to see if you get a full POST.  Then, start plugging things back in.

Good luck.
