Combine RTF Documents in Coldfusion

Can I append 3x RTF documents one after the other using coldfusion?

    No. Not natively.  RTF's are basically text files. But you can't just concatenate them. You must account for headers, footers, encoding, etc ... which is harder than you think. You need to find a 3rd party tool (either java or .net). Then invoke it within CF.

    Thanks. Do you know of any 3rd party tool that does this?

    Not from personal experience.  I've heard good things about Aspose, but it's pricey.  MS Word can also do it, but requires running Office on a server.  You may want to shop around. Find out which tool is the best fit for all of your needs.
