Exchange Sync Error

Hi Experts,

Ever since we connected a user’s iPad to the domain they have been getting these errors in outlook. Could be unrelated not too sure.

Please see below for sync error.

Is there any way to stop the error coming though?

First and foremost, check if these errors also appear on OL.

Next, check what is wrong with folder 2 -3-4, if possible move the contents of it to another folder and delete those folders to check if there are corruptions in them.

My best bet is that the folders are in corrupted state and are causing problems in syncing with server.

Lastly, work with a new profile and check if these errors disappear for you (possible cache profile corruption would be ruled out)

I found out folder 2 was deleted a month ago. I re-created 3 and 4 and moved the contence will find out if there has been an improvement

Well, if folder 2 was deleted a month ago - as per the sync error Exchange still believes it exists, check using webmail if you can find the folder.

Recreation of folder 3 and 4 would make sense to me. Thanks.
