Can not receive email more then 5mb

My client can not received message with attachment more then 5MB in lotus notes.I know in domino somewhere can configure to set the limit,please guide me how to configure it.

If the message indeed reached the Domino server, there should be a line in the server's log.nsf database, stating the reason why the mail was refused. If there is no such line, you have to assume it's not the client's server that refused the mail, but one of the intermediate servers, on the routing path.

Did you get a copy of the error message that the client's client received from the server when he sent the mail?

Please povide me with some more details about the following :
- Do your users have this problem with Internal or External emails ?
- Are your clients able to send messages with sizes more than 5 MB ??
- Are all LN users having this problem ? or it is just with one or two users ?
- Do your users have this problem with all senders ? or with some spcesific ones ?
- Did you check if there is any Server or Client Rule set ? or did you check if there is an agent which restricting these emails .

Please check these points out and update me .

We already figure out the issue,the message is deleted by one of the policy in mail security engine in cloud.
