Age and Scavenging stale DNS Records

Hi All ...... I have never been successful in getting the Age and Scavenge function working as I still see 2009, 2010 and 2011 timestamped A Records in DNS.
I look after a combination of SBS Servers, but am focused on SBS 2008 for the moment.
I have checked DNS Server > Properties > Advanced and this is enabled. I have also enabled at the zone level by going into Properties > Ageing. Defaults are still set to 7 days but it looks as though there has never been a successful scavenge yet.

Please help :z
