under office communicator, sometimes we see status 'in a call', 'in a meeting', 'in a conference', etc.. What kinds of settings in Outlook will cause these respective status to be reflected as such?

Hi,

If your Microsoft Outlook calendar contains a meeting, your status will change to ‘In a meeting’ for the duration of the meeting in your calendar.
