Outlook 2010 error 0x800ccc0f
Hi experts ,
One of my client has outlook 2010 and using for very long but this morning running send /received i got error 0x800ccc0f . Attached is for you reference . I had tried
1) reconfigure outlook account
2) delete old profile and recreate new
3) create new pst file to point data to there
4) i also checked smtp setting and pop3 ( this computer working till last few hours without error)

Email size.is. 50 mb only .my server timeout setting is 10 mins already .

Do you have your own mail server or do you use email provided by ISP?

I used email is provided by ISP . i think this account may be happen on isp site. Today i going to reset user from webconsole . I will get you back in shortly

OK - will be interesting to see how that goes.
Are other users able to receive email that large. Have you tried forwarding the message to another user to see if they have the same problem.

I have recreate email account form ISP .
I have recreate email account form ISP .
Otherwise you can try extending the timeout in Outlook.
Go into the settings for the mail account in Outlook > click Advanced tab > change the Server Timeouts to a longer setting.
