sync the GAL between Exchange server 2010 and lotus Domino server.

I am looking for a solution to sync the GAL between Exchange server 2010 and lotus Domino server.
We need the ASE Singapore Global Address List (600) in Outlook can sync with ASE Malaysia Address List (800). Means our side can view both side Address List and same to Malaysia side also. Malaysia is using Lotus Notes.

Environment Information (If relevant):
- OS Version and service packs : Windows server 2008 R2 standard (64- Bit OS)
- Microsoft Exchange server version: Microsoft Exchange server 2010
- Microsoft Outlook client version: MS office 2007/2010

No trust? Then what else is there but a daily/weekly export of the address books on one side to be imported on the other side, and the other way round? Domino always keeps both address books separated, there is the main directory and there is directory assistance.

And LDAP, is that out of the question as well?
