Question on Backup Exec 2012 R2

I have created a backup to Disk to backup the files using differential backup. It create a whole bundle of files under the folder.

How can I select which file that I can restore from these files ? Do I need to expand each file until I locate a particular file. I'm using Backup Exec 2010.

    Backup Exec holds the catalogs within the system itself. if you use the restore wizard, you should be able to choose by the file you want to restore and it should find the files on its own. (to the best of my knowledge)
