I have a excel sheet with a feedback report based on the ticket which engineers worked. I want to analyze how many ‘N’ they have received against each point (Communication, Follow-up, Closure)
I have attached the sample sheet and the required result format. The result should be dynamic, means any changes in the input sheet reflect in the result.
Many thanks in advance for any assistance to resolve this query.
